Our cleaning process includes a hand wash, full dust extraction, moth treatment and natural drying.

We carry out thorough dust extraction and hand-cleaning to remove larvae and eggs, then apply a non-toxic, rug-safe moth repellent. We also advise on proper storage or display to reduce future risk.

We place the rug upside down on a trellis and use gentle vibrations to dislodge and remove fine particles from both sides - without harming the knots or fibres. This process is completely dry, with no moisture or harsh chemicals involved.

We can repair almost any handmade rug. Whether it’s tears, holes, moth damage, wine spills, or pet accidents, we can restore it to showroom condition.
